The Alameda Little League By-Laws are developed, maintained and approved annually by the Alameda Little League Board.  The By-Laws in no way conflict with the Little League Rules, Regulations or Policies and are to be considered as a supplement and not a replacement.  These are in addition to the approved District 8 Inter League Playing rules. These rules are to be adhered to by teams of Alameda Little League Baseball and Softball.
