Assessment Information:
Assessments for Baseball will be held Saturday, January 31st. 
Check-In is at 8:30am at the Alameda Clubhouse
Assessments will start at 9am sharp. 

BASEBALL: Minors -Majors-Juniors

Please make sure that your medical release forms are completed. Participants cannot play without one filled out. 

Items to bring:

• Medical Release Form medical release form.pdf
• Hat
• Glove
• Water Bottle
• Bat 
• Helmet 
• (If you do not have a bad or helmet, we have some that you can borrow)
• Please dress warm
• We have construction going on near the clubhouse, so please stay out of construction areas. Safety first!
